Court Dockets for the Western District may be obtained by accessing PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) http://pacer.pawd.uscourts.gov, a pay for access service of the U. S. Courts.  A PACER account is needed to access the records.  Information about establishing accounts can be obtained from http://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov or see Court Sites/Circuit Courts.

Court Docket entries can also be obtained by visiting the U. S. Courthouse in Pittsburgh, PA; Erie, Pa; or Johnstown, PA. For directions to each courthouse see General/Courthouse Locations.

T. J. Mackey's Copy Center (412-208-7303, 412-208-7591 FAX) located in room 736 of the U. S. Courthouse in Pittsburgh can be contacted for copy work. Copy work in Erie and Johnstown is handled by the Clerk of Court Offices in those cities.
