The Clerk’s Office is unable to arrange for accommodations for overnight stays. Contact a hotel or motel directly to make a reservation. If you are a federal juror, be sure to advise the hotel in order to obtain any discounted government rate that may be available.

The Holiday Inn (Market St.) and EconoLodge are both within walking distance of the Courthouse. Both places provide parking for their guests. As a courtesy, the Holiday Inn has agreed to provide federal jurors overnight accommodations at the corporate rate – subject to availability. When making reservations, however, you MUST be sure to state that you are a “federal juror serving at the Courthouse located in the Penn Traffic Building” in order to obtain the corporate rate. You may have to show your summons upon checking in. Be sure they make a copy and return the original to you. While we have no particular agreement with Econo Lodge, you may inquire as to whether or not there is a reduced rate for federal jurors. Please note that you are free to stay at the hotel/motel of your choice.
