certain to state that you are a Federal Juror in order to obtain
the best commercial rate.

Therefore,
you should personally contact a hotel. The Holiday Inn on Market
Street and the Motel 6 are both located in downtown Johnstown
and within walking distance of the Courthouse. (The Holiday
Inn is the closest). Both places provide parking for their
guests. As a courtesy, the Holiday Inn has agreed to provide
federal jurors overnight accommodations at the corporate rate
of $60.00+tax per night subject to availability. When making
your reservations however you MUST be sure to state that "You
are a Federal Juror serving at the Courthouse located
in the Penn Traffic Building on Washington Street in downtown
Johnstown" in order to obtain the corporate rate. You
may have to show your summons upon checking in - be sure they
take a copy and return the original to you. While we have no
particular agreement with the Motel 6 you may state the same
to them and inquire as to whether or not there is a reduced rate. Please
note that you are free to stay at the hotel/motel of your choice. There
are numerous hotels in the Richland/Galleria Mall area. For
