Welcome to the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania 

The judges are hopeful that this new site will enable the court to better serve litigants, counsel, jurors and the general public by making information more readily accessible to all. In the future, the range of materials at this site will be expanded to include additional important and useful information.
