Emergency situations may arise that are beyond our control which may result in the closing or early dismissal of the court.

During non-working hours, when hazardous weather conditions exist, the Chief Judge, or their designee, will make the determination whether or not to close the Court.

Every effort will be made to have an announcement to the public by 6:00 a.m.  Individuals may retrieve information on closings and delays for the Pittsburgh, Erie and/or Johnstown Divisions by calling 1-866-602-3219.
