The United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania (the “Court”) is accepting applications for a full-time Judicial (Term) Law Clerk reporting to incoming U.S. Magistrate Judge Margaret C. Gleason in Pittsburgh, with a start date in early November 2026. This position is anticipated to cover a one-year or two-year term, though may be extended up to four years based on eligibility and at the discretion of the successful applicant and the Judge.
