It has come to the Court’s attention that there was an issue with the email address used for the Magistrate Judge electronic application process for the upcoming Magistrate Judge vacancy in the Western District of Pennsylvania occurring on September 4, 2023. While this issue appears to be isolated to applicants who utilized a Gmail account to apply, in an abundance of caution, the Court asks ALL applicants that applied for this Magistrate Judge position for the Western District of Pennsylvania on or before the closing date and time of applications, January 20, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. EST, to please verify that your application was emailed to PAWD_MJApplications@pawd.uscourts.gov and to also call the Court’s Human Resources Office at 412-208-7536 to confirm the Court’s receipt of the application. Applicants should contact the Court’s Human Resources Department as soon as possible but, in any event, not later than 5:00 p.m. EST on March 24, 2023.
