TRANSITION TO ELECTRONIC ATTORNEY CIVIL CASE OPENINGS - Effective March 18, 2024

Effective Monday March 18^th, the Western District of Pennsylvania is requiring all attorneys to electronically open their cases.  

Initial filings will no longer be accepted on the 05-mc-2025 case.
