AND NOW, this 19th day of July, 2019, the Honorable Peter J. Phipps having been appointed to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit; and there being a number of cases currently pending in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania where Judge Peter J. Phipps is the presiding judge; and the District Court working to minimize any disruption to the parties and litigants caused by the reassignment of these cases.
