Erie

The United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania includes three divisions with a courthouse located in each division. The Clerk’s Office is open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for legal holidays(link is external). The courthouse for the Erie Division of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania is located across from the City of Erie Municipal Building and Perry Square (with the fountain).

Parking / Public Transportation

City Parking Ramps location:
 - 7th and Peach Streets
 - 25 East 10 Street at State  

Metered Parking is available on the streets of downtown Erie. 

Parking is available at two park and ride lots on the bay front.  Ride the trolley downtown from these park and ride lots.  Please note that the trolley service has a “Courthouse Route” noted on their map.  This is for the County Courthouse and is not for the Federal Courthouse.
