Detailed instructions on how to submit requests can be found HERE

Important Considerations for a Certificate of Good Standing Request:

  1. Notification Requirement:
When requesting a Certificate of Good Standing, attorneys must notify the Clerk of Court if they are subject to any disciplinary actions, including:
    • Administrative action against their license by any state bar
    • Disciplinary action by any other court
  2. Ineligibility:
Attorneys subject to reciprocal administrative suspension with this Court are ineligible to obtain a Certificate of Good Standing.

  3. Non-refundable Fee:
Please note that the $21.00 fee is non-refundable if the Clerk of Court finds that the attorney is not in good standing and cannot issue the certificate.
