Parking Rates At Meters In CITY-OWNED Parking Garages And Street Meters
Parking in Johnstown
All public parking in the city-owned garages is metered; therefore, be sure to have quarters.  You may park all day at these meters.  The public spaces are on the first floor of the garage only.  Receipts can be obtained by stopping in the Parking Bureau Office located in Room 103, City Hall, corner of Main and Market streets.  Tell the person that you need a receipt for jury duty.  You’ll need to know the amount of money you spent.  Their office hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Parking Rates At Main Street East Garage

Up to 1 Hour - $ 1.25
1 to 2 Hours  - $ 2.00
2 to 3 Hours  - $ 2.75
3 to 4 Hours  - $ 3.50
4 to 6 Hours  - $ 4.25
6 to 7 Hours  - $ 5.50
7 to 12 Hours- $ 7.00
12 to 24 Hrs  -$10.00

Obtain a receipt for parking at the Main Street East garage when paying at the “pay station” located on the first floor of the garage.

Parking at the open lot across from the Penn Traffic Building is $3.50 per day.
The attendant will give you a receipt when you park.
