WHEREAS, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania will be implementing an upgrade to its current electronic filing (ECF) system to the next generation of ECF (NextGen) effective Tuesday, May 26, 2020; and WHEREAS, in order to facilitate this upgrade to NextGen, the current ECF system will need to be temporarily inaccessible for a period of time to allow for this implementation, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this Court’s current ECF system shall be inaccessible from 12:00 p.m. (Noon) on Friday, May 22, 2020, through 11:59 p.m. on Monday, May 25, 2020.
