Effective October 7, 2025, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania will implement a change to the Schedule “A” case opening process.

Going forward, parties will be responsible for opening their own Schedule “A” cases in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Attorney Civil Case Opening Guide Addendum – Instructions for Filers in Schedule “A” Cases.
