Unless otherwise directed by the Court, the Court’s existing policies and procedures governing the filing of sealed documents through CM/ECF in the Western District of Pennsylvania remain unchanged.

However, access to view certain sealed/restricted information on the docket that may have been previously accessible by case-associated parties may no longer be available in the same manner as in the past. For example, previously, parties were permitted to view certain remote conferencing contact information filed for “case participants” under seal; that information is no longer accessible via the docket as in the past. Going forward, information regarding these conferences will be disseminated through other means via each involved Judge’s Chambers processes and procedures.

Any relevant Orders addressing this or related subjects will be filed and posted on the Standing Orders page of the Court’s website.
